Understanding the Types of Aquifers in the West

Where does your water come from when you turn on your tap. In the Utah and in most western states or more of the water is sourced from groundwater. This means that it is likely that the water is sourced from one of the following aquifers; unconsolidated valley fill, basin fill deposits, sandstone, and carbonate rocks.
